Lake Ontario’s Fox Island, once owned by a governor of New York state, was sold for US$3.78 million Friday at an auction that drew about 100 bidders.

Prince George investors Roger and Vicki Pelletier are the new owners of the Loghouse Restaurant and resort.
The Pelletiers bought the property for $875,000 during the Ritchie Bros. auction on Tuesday.
