The 120-acre property, which includes a nine-hole golf course, tennis courts, pools and a new clubhouse has a reserve of $2.9 million. It is being sold off by Susquehanna Banks, which foreclosed on the property.

The auction is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 9 at the Adams County Sheriff’s office.
