Kennedy Wilson Auction Company of Beverly Hills will offer 30 model homes in the communities of Gilbert, Buckeye and Waddell in the Phoenix area on Sept. 14.

The auction will be held at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at 7500 East Doubletree Ranch Rd. in Scottsdale, Ariz., starting at 1 p.m.

The two- to four-bedroom homes, are completely finished and landscaped and vary in architectural style.
