On October 3 an 18-hole golf course resort in central Idaho will be sold by public auction.

Real estate auctioneer Larry Flynn says the owner of MeadowCreek Golf Resort in New Meadows, Idaho has decided to auction the property and focus on other developments.

The reserve bid for the golf course which includes a restaurant, bar, outdoor pool and spa, has been set at $3.5 million.
