The properties are located in Reidsville, Eden & Ruffin in Rockingham County with other properties in Caswell County, NC and Pittsylvania County, VA. The Virginia property features extensive frontage on the Dan River. The former Lake Side School in Eden is included in the auction.

The properties will be sold at two events with the first auction being on Saturday, August 16th at 11:00 a.m. in Reidsville, NC at the Reidsville Downtown Exhibit Center and the second being on Saturday, August 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at the Pelham Community Center on Hwy. 29 in the Pelham Community.
