Sheldon Good & Company Auctions, LLC (www.sheldongood.com), has announced that it has been retained to auction a spectacular 17.92-acre (7.25 hectare) master planned development site, fully approved for 500 units in one of the world’s most exotic playgrounds, Playacar, Mexico.

“Our auction allows the astute investor a rare opportunity to purchase one of the last remaining high-density developments in Playacar at their own price, according to Steven L. Good, Chairman and CEO of Sheldon Good & Company International. “Plus, the auction affords the successful bidder perfect timing to plan the building of a new development or any other appropriate use,” Good added.

The spectacular golf course development is being offered in its entirety in a sealed bid event, Tuesday, July 15th.

Inspections are by appointment only, at least three days in advance on June 25th and July 1st.
