U.S. Department of the Treasury Seized & Forfeited Property Auction Riverside, CA
RIVERSIDE, Calif – VSE Corporation and Rick Levin & Associates, Inc. will conduct an auction of seized and forfeited property on behalf of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Other agencies that are participating include: U.S. Customs & Border Protection, Immigration & Customs Enforcement, Internal Revenue Service and Secret Service.
Proceeds from the auction are returned to these agencies through the Treasury Asset Forfeiture Fund for the continuation of their enforcement efforts. These efforts resulted in the confiscation of ill gotten gains from a violent criminal’s money laundering scheme and catching another devious criminal who handled 1000’s of tax records with erroneous refunds then lavishly spent the extra money.
The auction will take place at 9 AM on Wednesday, May 21, 2008, at the VSE Warehouse, at Riverside, California. Registration begins at 8 a.m. day of sale.

Also a large quantity of gold and silver coins, jewelry, electronics, tools and household furnishings will be up for auction. Main previews of these items will take place at the VSE Riverside Warehouse located at 6681 Riverrun Road, Riverside, California on Monday, May 19 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Tuesday, May 20 from 9 a.m. to noon.
