Orlando First High-Rise Condominium Real Estate Auction
Accelerated Marketing Partners will conduct the first luxury residential high-rise close-out real estate auction in Orlando for Wood Partners’ Solaire at the Plaza, Orlando’s premier downtown development, on Sat., March 1. Minimum bids for the 42 one- and two-bedroom homes available at the close-out auction will start at $170,000, which is approximately 45 percent below the highest asking price prior to the auction.
“We’re excited to bring Accelerated Marketing Partners into Solaire at the Plaza for this first-of-its kind opportunity in the southeast,” said Charles Barrus, director of Wood Partners, the developer of Solaire at the Plaza. “With the challenges builders and developers are facing in today’s real estate market, this strategy could become a model for movement of inventory across the nation.”
The close-out auction will take place at 1:00 p.m. at the Embassy Suites Orlando Downtown, located at 191 East Pine Street, Orlando, Fla., 32801. An auction information center and model residence is open at The Solaire, which is located at 155 South Court Ave., Suite 2302. Advance registration for the auction is required, and interested parties can obtain additional information at www.solaireattheplaza.com.
