The five buildings, in Brookings being auctioned at 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday and Jan. 19. Include an office/warehouse, a wood shop/tree cooler, a gas house, a tool storage shed and a recreation shed, all on 0.84 acres. The buildings, being auctioned and sold as one property, were built in 1954, with an addition built in 1975. The the largest building, the office/warehouse, is 3,558 square feet.

The minimum bid is $150,000.
