Heritage Hill Country Club is back on the auction block, just months after a short-lived reopening.
CIT Small Business Lending of Livingston, NJ, is foreclosing on the property “for breach of the conditions” of its auction sale, according to a notice of mortgagee’s sale of real estate.
The auction is being held Jan. 18, at 11 a.m. at 17 Heritage Hill Drive, according to a notice sent by CIT attorney Christopher S. Pitt of Boston to the town.
