Co Limerick Farm Sold Prior To Auction

A residential farm on 51ac in Co Limerick was sold prior to auction.

De Courcy Estate Agents in Limerick were guiding the sale of the property at Ballyneety, Shanagolden, Co Limerick at over €900,000. It is understood to have made more than this.

The purchaser was a local with farming interests.

The land was offered for sale in one lot. It included a cottage of approximately 1,200 sq ft that was in good condition. There were also a number of old outbuildings on the property.

John De Courcy, auctioneer, said the lands were of good quality and suited to a number of agricultural uses.
