Clonakilty farm expected to make €2m

PUBLISHED 24 July 2007

The period residence on 56ac at Tullineasky, Clonakilty, is one of the finest farm holdings to come on the market in recent years, according to auctioneer John Hodnett of SWS Property Services.

“It really is a quality farm that would be suited to any farming enterprise, be it dairying, tillage or even an equestrian enterprise,” Mr Hodnett said.

The lands are adjoining Lisavaird Co-op. They have been leased over the past 10 years but have been well maintained, Mr Hodnett said. They are well fenced and watered.
