GMADA to auction properties on August 21
Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) for the first time will be auctioning 55 commercial and 19 residential properties on August 21, this year.
The auction of these residential and commercial properties will be held on August 21 at PUDA Bhawan in Sector 62, SAS Nagar. Sources said that GMADA announced its first auction after its constitution on August 14, last year. The commercial sites which will be auctioned include Built-up-Booths, Single Storey Shop sites, Shop-cum Flat sites and Shop-cum-Office sites in Sectors 66, 48, 68, 70, 60, 63 and 64 SAS Nagar. All these 55 commercial properties are located in the commercial areas of Mohali. These properties have been fixed for general trade to meet the customized demands in the market. The auction also offers 19 residential plots of various sizes located in sectors 63, 64, 65, 69 and 70 in Mohali. The scheme offers possession of residential as well as commercial plots or sites to the successful bidders against payment of 25 per cent of the total bid amount.
