Somerset library sells for £175,000

The old library in Yatton, has been sold at auction by Bristol based estate agents and auctioneers Morgan Beddoe, on June 20.
The property, described by the agents as ‘a modern building ideal for a wide range of uses and with huge potential subject to the necessary planning consents being obtained’, was offered for sale with a guide price of £100,000. The agent’s details mentioned the building’s grounds would make an excellent car park, subject to planning permission.
