Houston company buys property in New Mexico

Sperry Van Ness Accelerated Marketing, a commercial real estate investment and marketing firm, has completed the auction sale of the $1.98 million Vado Travel City, a full-service truck stop in southern New Mexico.
Located south of Las Cruces, just north of the Texas border in Vado, the 16,617-square-foot building sold to the Houston, Texas-based Petroleum Wholesale.
