J.P. King to Sell Tenino Home and Equestrian Center at Auction June 27

A 16-acre equestrian estate in Tenino, Wash., south of Tacoma, will sell at absolute auction on Tuesday, June 27, with J.P. King Auction Company, Gadsden, Ala., managing the sale.
Previously home to Ashanti Farms, a Dressage training center, it features a four-bedroom home, two barns with a total of 10 stalls, a large indoor arena, and 12 acres of fenced pasture, according to Craig King, president of J.P. King.
In an absolute auction, the property sells to the highest bidder, with no reserve or minimum bid. The auction will be held at 11 a.m. at the property, 7405 Churchill Road SE, Tenino. Each bidder will be required to bring a $50,000 cashier’s check to participate.
