An historic building in the centre of Accrington has failed to sell at auction.
The four-storey former Conservative Club in Cannon Street, which was latterly the home of Churchills nightclub, was expected to attract bids of over £500,000.
But the agents acting for the sellers of the building have said they will now consider offers for the site.
At an auction at Manchester Airport, the Grade II listed building had a bottom guide price of £450,000, which was not met.
