Sweetbay Supermarkets and Office Depot are continuing their growth in the Sarasota-Bradenton market after making successful bids for shuttered Winn-Dixie stores sold as part of bankruptcy proceedings.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Jerry A. Funk last week approved the sale of two area stores and 19 others in Florida, according to court records.
