West Texas – downtown buildings for auction

Four downtown buildings owned by Myco Texas, a real estate company owned by the Yates family, will change hands during a live auction at 11 a.m. June 1 at the Hilton Midland Plaza.
The properties available at the auction include the 12-story Vaughn Building located on Texas Avenue, the 15-story One Wall Plaza located on Wall Street, the 6-story Permian Building located on Texas Avenue and the adjacent 6-story Gihl’s Tower located on Big Spring Stareet. A total of almost 404,000 square feet will be sold at the auction.
