Maryland to auction Middle River warehouse property

The federal government plans to sell Middle River Station, a historic 1.9 million-square-foot complex on 50 acres in eastern Baltimore County.
The site, which served as Martin Aircraft Manufacturing Plant during World War II, will be offered in an online auction beginning June 28, according to the U.S. General Services Administration. Bidding is expected to start at $10 million.
