Scottish Water to auction redundant sites

A NUMBER of Buchan properties will be going under the hammer next month as part of a sale by SVA Property Auctions Ltd of Edinburgh.
Scottish Water is auctioning off a number of redundant service reservoirs and small buildings across the area.
Pick of the lots is 1a Queens Road, Boddam, a former fish house which is capable of conversion into a one-bedroom cottage.
The property is located a short distance from the sea front and lies near the junction of Queens Road with Harbour Street within the Victorian part of Boddam.
