If you thought property prices in New York and San Francisco were bad, check out the cost of a 200 square foot home in Ireland.
Named Neptune Cottage, it has no electricity, no toilet and no sewage capabilities. But it is selling for $145,000 in Ireland’s Wicklow county, reports Reuters.
