US Auction News - Cook County auctions off properties with unpaid taxes

The Cook County Treasurer’s Office will begin auctioning off properties with unpaid taxes starting Wednesday.
More than 20,000 properties with delinquent taxes for two or more years will be up for grabs.

The proceeds of a controversial auction of council assets have topped £2.51 million - hundreds of thousands of pounds more than estimated.

Australian Property sales spring back

SPRING property sales are up from last year with 5150 homes changing hands.
Preliminary data released from the Real Estate Institute of South Australia shows November was the busiest month with more than 1800 property settlements.

Publisher Daily Mail & General Trust has bought Fastcrop, the owner of property website Primelocation.com, for £48m ($83m).
The website advertises 200,000 residential and commercial properties in the UK and abroad and attracts 850,000 visitors each month.
