Following the recent successful launch of Pam Golding Commercial Auctions, three prime properties are to be sold at a multiple auction to be held on Wednesday December 7 (2005) at 11.30am in the conference centre at the Southern Sun Hotel in Main Road, Newlands. Registration is from 10.30am.
This is the company’s second multiple auction, and further such auctionswill be held monthly as additional properties are constantly being received, says Geoff Stroebel, Pam Golding Commercial’s business development manager.

The flagship property to be auctioned is the Avenue Hotel in Fish Hoek, aprofitable going concern that provides an excellent investment opportunity, says Paddy Smuts, MD of Pam Golding Commercial Auctions.
